Select this check box to show the monthly totals of all invoices entered for this customer or supplier.

Select this check box to show the monthly totals of all credit notes entered for this customer or supplier.

You can change the type of graph to an absolute comparison of one or two sets of data against one other. Select the Compare check box, then select the data set you wish the others to be compared against, using the option buttons provided. On the comparison graph, the data set you selected will be shown as zero for the whole year, and the other set(s) of data will be compared against it, month by month. You will see that by using this type of graph you can quickly see the actual difference in value between data sets. The normal graph on the other hand is more suitable for showing overall trends in your financial activity.
Choose the Camera button from the Graph Toolbar to copy the image into the Windows Clipboard. From here you can easily paste the image into other programs, such as a word processing program for incorporation into documents and reports.
When you choose the Graphs button in the Product Record window, the Graphs window appears. Select the data you wish to show on your chart. This window includes the options described for the Nominal Ledger Record Graphs window and the options described below.

Select this check box to show the monthly net balances for this customer or supplier. This balance is calculated by subtracting the monthÆs credit notes and receipts from the monthÆs invoices.
When you choose the Graphs button from the Nominal Ledger Record window, the Graphs window appears. Use this window to select the data you wish to show on your chart.

Select this option button to show the sales values of the transactions for the product over the year.

The actual current monthly data.

Select this option button to show the monthly values of your chosen product over the whole financial year.

The monthly values you have entered in your Budget Plan for the year.
